Shipping

All NIVRA candles are hand-poured in small batches. Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.

Estimated delivery:

  • · Metro cities — 3–6 business days
  • · Non-metro locations — 5–8 business days

Once shipped, you'll receive tracking information by email.

Pre-Orders

For pre-order collections, shipping timelines are clearly mentioned on the product page.

Orders are shipped once production is completed — usually within the window noted at checkout.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please:

  • · Take a short video of the package as you open it — this helps us process replacements faster.
  • · Photograph the product and packaging clearly.
  • · Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns

Due to the nature of scented products, opened candles cannot be returned.
