First Burn Matters
Allow the wax to melt fully across the surface during the first burn. This usually takes 2–3 hours and helps prevent tunneling.

A candle burns best when it's cared for properly. Six small rituals, learned by hand.
Allow the wax to melt fully across the surface during the first burn. This usually takes 2–3 hours and helps prevent tunneling.
Before every burn, trim the wick to approximately 5mm. A shorter wick creates a cleaner flame and reduces soot.
Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Allow the wax to cool before relighting.
Avoid placing candles near fans, open windows, or air conditioners. A steady flame ensures an even burn.
Always burn on a heat-resistant surface and never leave a candle unattended. Keep away from children, pets, curtains, and flammable objects.
Stop burning when approximately 1cm of wax remains at the bottom of the jar. This protects the glass from overheating.
"Burn slowly. Trim often. The candle will tell you everything else."
